Here's the most recent updated schedule for FW4 and Day One participants:
SUNDAY 2/19 - participants arriving (please send Dennis dennis@fworkshop.com your flight arrival information and we'll send a driver to pick you up)
- 7-10 pm - Pre-workshop Cookout at Gary Donihoo's residence at 1312 Constitution Dr., McKinney, TX 75071. All FW4 and Day One participants are welcomed to join us for food and fun.
MONDAY2/20 - DAY ONE - - Day One program starts at 9 am sharp! at
Storybook Ranch at 3701 S. Custer Rd., McKinney, TX 75070 (972) 369-0346. Doors open at 8:45 with coffee and donuts. Transportation will be provided from the Best Western. Meaty BBQ lunch provided by FW4. Bring your cameras for fun only. It's a fun place to shoot some Texas-style pictures.
- after dinner, FW4 participants will meet with their teams back at the Best Western to get ready for their assignments. Day One participants are welcomed to sit in on these meetings.
TUESDAY 2/21 and WEDNESDAY 2/22- shoot - drivers will drop you off at your assignments and then pick you up later. Have fun!
- edit - edit with your team leaders late into the night :)
THURSDAY 2/23- edit and preparation of final presentations - hopefully, you will not have to shoot anymore and can spend this day in editing and discussion with your team leaders
- 7-11 pm - final presentations to the entire workshop. This is the best part of the Workshop! Location TBD. Depending on the location, we might have to leave from the Best Western at 6 pm. Stay tuned!
FRIDAY 2/24- get out of town! Drivers will take you to the airport. We'll coordinate plans and times for this during the Workshop.
